Artemis Reveal event left many questions unanswered.....see below
CES in Las Vegas in January of 2025 was a complete letdown to the community that expected an actual "Production Intent" vehicle. Instead they had two incomplete prototypes....one for show and one with limited "running" capacity.
Stay tuned in for a list of items that will be discussed and critiqued upon the reveal of the latest version of a "completed" vehicle........
Is all solar under glass.
What is the size of the on board charger and does it charge at L2 speeds, how long 20-80%,
Has it been tested on DC Fast Charger, if so which network
What is the weight of the vehicle as it sits
Size of the battery in kWh, how much is usable. Did CTNS contribute to this.

Airbags
Power Steering
Power Brakes
Traction Control, who is the provider.
How many components are made to design versus made by production supplier
What is the sound level at highway speed
How much deceleration is provided by regenerative braking
Does the vehicle blend brakes and regeneration together - if I use the brake pedal will it use regenerative braking first?
How much energy does the HVAC system consume
How much energy does the display and software stack consume in use and at idle
How long does it take to cool the cabin from over 100F when sitting outside, does it have cabin overheat protection?

Does it have blue tooth connectivity to a phone, can it play from the phone
Does it sport a OBD2 port?
Maxeon faces some stiff head-winds right now. They may be the next to fall of the list. They are certainly not in a good position to support Aptera.
Vitesco/Schaeffler seems more like a supplier than partner.
Chery electing to not supply the HVAC unit was surprising and concerning
CPC is now owned by Mitsubishi Chemical. They may no longer have the flexibility to boost a startup in CA.
other than the entire line for battery assembly has been replaced by CTNS,
and the Red Vikings have been sitting on the shelf for two years ... not a good use of CapEx, especially if one used a CA govt loan to buy them.
Okay, Let us do the most recent, during the US Capitol Group webinar Steve Fambro said I mean yes so that answer is going to be 2025 yeah and we we've already commissioned the first ultra low volume set of production the first 50 vehicles uh those are already paid for those vehicles are being built later this year and into q1 next year uh but so we're already already starting that process which more than a few of us tried to call out. That was an outright lie and they never clarified post webinar. It was obviously meant to boost the notes appeal to investors. 2022 - the one I went back to after the Accelerator program launched where Chris Anthony flat out lied about delivering a production vehicle by the end of the year. AOC did a review of the video but you can find it on the Aptera channel. Using time stamps from AOC's at 43:01 Chris states it will take several more months to put a pin in that but we hope to have that production pre-production vehicle done by the end of the year and we hope to deliver our first pre-production vehicle to somebody by the end of the year and then we hope to scale our manufacturing into 2023 and i think you know as we see this yet Jason Hill ratted them all out earlier when he dropped this bomb around 37:05 and we've we've iteratively improved our aerodynamics um we look forward to the the final drag product as we go through our what we called what what we'd normally call the body in white but we're gonna we're gonna have a little bit of a change in that and a little bit of a surprise in about a month's time we're gonna talk about which is where he revealed the switch to CPC was already a done deal by the June webinar of 2022.
You could point to the fact they hid the failure of the Convertible Note raise until they could no longer with the release of 2024 end of year numbers in March 2025. A pants down event of course was Sandy revealing in August 2023 that Aptera no longer was using Elaphe motors and Chris M denied such on the forums but we later learned Sandy spoke right - we also found out on a fan channel from Steven Fambro that is was Aptera's failure and not Elaphe - but you would never had known that listening to their official channel releases. I refunded my reservation after Accelerator launched after I went back over the previous videos and found the leak in the June webinar. Of course when the Accelerator program lack of interest became readily apparent they suddenly had a fleet order of 101 vehicles than on reddit was instantly mocked and of course the founders award that was meaningless. That big order and more have all been scrubbed from Aptera's site.
